so, he was in your year most likely. what happened between the boys prior to the fight?

The boy and my brother had been arguing for some reason and my brother, being as hot-headed as he was, started fighting him. I didn't here the argument (my brother told me about that later), but I saw them fighting and that's when I walked over and decided to take over the fight. The boy had it coming to him.

how do you know your brother was being bullied? did you witness anything other than this fight?

Ummm... A fight isn't bullying, Sugar wants more evidence o bullying.  So far you merely fought your brothers battles.

I don't remember what they argued about, because I didn't give a shit about that. And yeah, there were incidents before that. He and my brother both liked the same girl, which caused some friction between them.

I didn't like the kid cause he was just one of those cocky types that thinks he's top shit. He needed to be brought down a peg or two.

I never claimed it was bullying.
