Indeed. The guy's straight-up. I know a guy who lived with Chopper at one stage, and he said that Chopper's media personality was true-to-life.

On his biography page it says that, he wants to be remembered for spinning a great yarn and making people laugh. He certainly made me laugh.

Me too. He did once say that the guy who played his character on "The Ronny Johns Half Hour" didn't encapsulate his personality very well, but I thought he did alright. I preferred Chopper - nothing's better than the real deal - but the comedian who played him was good for a laugh.

I never did see the Ronny John's Half Hour, Helena. I'll be sure to look it up on YouTube though thumbs up

I started reading Choppers books whilst serving time in jail and I'd devour one in a single sitting, they were THAT funny. I'd have one sent in each week. I still have them around the house somewhere come to think of it.

I thought Eric Bana did a great job playing him in the movie but you're right, nothing is better than the real deal.

This is one of my favourite scenes from "Chopper."

"It's a bit little early in the morning for kung fu isn't it, Keith?"

And this one too...
