I treat his better than everyone. Always available for him when he needed to and even when he dont need (without being too sticky and bitch). This person has the exclusivity with me and he knows it. When I try to not talk to him or to do the independent he talks to me and send me full of messages just enough to make me laugh and make me change my mind because he knows that I try to not talk to him. He analysed me so he knows exactly how I reacted (it despleases me).

by honeyyI mean; how can I be sure that this person is a sociopath and not just because he dont care about me? What's the difference?
The way is to include more knowledge than observation, while comparing his behavior, (make a script), to what you've learned.
While you study Psychopathy, Sociopathy, ASPD, BPD, NPD, HPD, Bipolar, it's extremely important to study all of the "Cluster B".
Other mind sets are also prone to putting on a performance of them them being uncaring. A good day with them is when the subject is very self centered and one sided and all in a happy manner, only for you to find your own ego is under attack when the day is over.
The above paragraph in some cases, is only how it seems when one isn't educated on the matter. The interesting thing is, it's still possible you have a sociopath on your hands for all anyone knows.
