And if so, what circumstances would drive you to it? Would it be physical or emotional pain? Loss of a loved one?
I've always wondered what it would take to drive a sociopath/psychopath to commit suicide. It's obviously not going to be through guilt.
To avoid prison perhaps?
Personally, I've been toying with the idea for a while now.
Death is a permanent solution to all the wrongs life throws at us. However, I'd rather live in misery than not live at all because sooner or later I'm going to die anyway and the world we live in is full of surprises and opportunities.
Hypothetically, if I were to kill myself, I'd probably do that when overwhelmed with routine, experiencing harsh struggles in whatever I'd be trying to achieve, cornered to no other option whatsoever (which is highly unlikely because I could stand living in a coma as long as I could think clearly because I spend most of the time in my head thinking, plotting, analysing already. Nevertheless, for obvious reasons I prefer my current condition :) ).
I've thought about suicide by cop - die in a shootout with the police, but I'm not suicidal, so it's really just a fantasy.

If I did get into a situation where I have a bunch of cops aiming to shoot me, I'd more likely drop my weapon and let them arrest me, unless I'm in full body armor, which means I came prepared for a shootout. Then I'll try to take out as many cops as I can before they take me down.
To him, even you posting pics or descriptions of what you normally think about is "boasting" to him. He is only thinking of the onetrack minded MAOA genetic type of serial killer. Once you get into the higher functioning self aware level of sociopathic mindset, he thinks that is so common its no big deal. Even he would like to murder the people who jumped him if he ever crossed paths again. And he did either kill someone or put them in a hospital for good in a fight. He is trying to go back to a peaceful mindset and not where he was in the 80s with the heavy death metal drug culture. He was afraid to hang out or post here if it was going to send him back into that again. He didnt even think it was funny to joke about, but felt so bad he decided not to post. If he gets his sense of humor back Ill see if he will post.

I think about murder A LOT, so of course I'm going to post stuff-related to it. Sometimes it's all I can think about.
