To give you a bit a contrast. Everyone makes decisions solely based off of what benefits them, everyone. Have you ever cared when you upset someone? Using people only makes you selfish, not heartless. Why do you feel guilty when you get caught?

Sometimes I care when I upset someone...because I'm thinking in advance how to make them like me again...I'm selfish...I feel bad when I get caught because then I have to explain myself...I don't like dealing with people lol...usually I can come up with a story to make it better but if they don't believe me I feel bad...

What do you mean by "I feel bad..."?

I can only hope "NPD" stands for "Normal Personality Disorder." So quick to throw around diagnosis.

I've been on numerous roller coasters and never got any heart drop feeling.
