Sort of... There is an app for it on the android market (The App is named "Orbot" if you're interested) - But I'm not so sure how much the development company can be trusted. I wouldn't risk using it personally. But if you was only ever using it for luna.soulcreative then there shouldn't be an issue really. I tend to use tor for more illegal matters than this place though.
