That is indeed too bad. The thought of having absolute and unquestionable proof in your very own hands should be an alluring incentive though, don't you think?

I may dabble in figuring it out at some point. As of right now I'm not sure where to start.

Google should be an adequate tool. While no steps make perfect sense separately, you can piece them together like a puzzle in the end.

JK To boost rating on threads or whatever those complaints were about.

To post under a different or unknown ID to achieve a certain effect

until you meet the goal or can figure out how to do it a more efficient way.

Or just to have fun. You don't seem to get that part.
