Manipulative: Yes

Callous: No. They will not display distaste for others. This ruins the illusion of caring. (They will learn yes)

Impulsive and irresponsible? Certainly they can learn to curve these misfortunes. 

Promiscuous: For what they have to gain? Of course. 

Parasitic: Why would they be a bother to people? They wouldn't be noticed if they proceed correctly. 

Criminally Versatile: Versatility is important.
