Hi TK please see other msg on the difference between (A) ppl who push buttons to manipulate others vs. (B) ppl like me who seek and encourage solutions so ppl CANT BE MANIPULATED.

Online theres no way to tell if these look the same to you. Like I said youd have to know me IRL or interview friends and family and coworkers, even my bf who fear I am so idealistic about people that they will manipulate me.  I believe in transparency and nonjudgment so all conflicts can be resolved. Manipulation defeats trust, so it has no place in resolving anything. Only communicating honestly and correcting issues as they arise. Thanks for your honesty, TK.

Maybe if we could do an open Skype or audio/video concall youd see and read me more accurately.

You're an idiot for coming here to resolve conflicts, when some of us here purposefully start them for our own amusement.

Yet you keep poking your head into others conflicts, with advice delivered in the form of pre-expectation and unrequested mediation.

I'd argue the opposite. Every factor of communication between people is a form of control.

Control can be done in far more ways than that. Excessive flattery for example causes some people lower their guard. Control can be from any appeal to emotion, not just the product of browbeating. Even with emotion out of the picture, interaction is inevitably going to cause the ones conversing to have some form of influence on each other, which in turn is a two-way street of control. What makes that dangerous is when someone knows how to steer the conversations toward future outcomes.

You're still on that? Did you even see it as it unfolded originally, or only after the edits? Forrest's writing style matched TheSocio's silly intensity. He didn't even try to invent a new persona for Forrest, he was just dicking around late at night.

Also, building people up, changing people, helping people, it grants the one who helps a degree of influence over that subject. Influence is what control runs on, it is its fuel.

So, because you don't "want to watch people targeted for their issues", you aim to resolve conflicts by manipulating the ones involved in it, trying to bring them together to do events you propose, and going even further by trying to segregate topics so that it doesn't bleed into other areas? Your "solution-oriented" aim to mediate doesn't make things easier for them, it just shows more about the ways you wish things would be, and the lengths you're willing to go to make your vision a reality.

Why are others conflicts so bad, or even your responsibility? Can you not help it?

When you organize to an extreme and it's within your personality, it might be OCPD. You can be a psychopath and have OCPD. It's not too uncommon actually. A lot of people think that is OCD. OCD is an anxiety disorder which cases chaos to the sufferer and disjoints their life. OCPD is about control, OCD controls you!

Luna, I'm sorry you're leaving. People were mean to me when I first got here and I was wondering if I would bother to stay around. But I realized what people were saying about me wasn't true.
