I do appreciate the work you have put into the website. 

I understand what you are hurt about. 

You do all the work and get none of the praise. I do appreciate you. This isn't really the crowd to give praise.

My advice would be TRY to thicken your skin. I know it is hard and I don't always do it.

I think that if you have a job where you rely on the public for your income, you must try to toughen up. It is hard when you are young. It gets easier as you age.
