INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
SIGNED AND NOTARIZED BY ___
The purpose of this agreement is to arrange the return of
1200.00 back to __ that was allegedly transferred through pay pal from
that person’s account to another party online.
All parties agree that this transfer was a “mistake†and
agree to indemnify and hold harmless all parties, witnesses, participants,
users, members and/or owners affiliated with the website and forum at the time
of the mistaken transaction; and/or who had any further discussions of this
incident for purpose of resolution.
All parties agree there shall be no charges or complaints
filed, negative statements made online or through the media, or any legal
action taken regarding this mistaken transaction or any related party, event,
or discussion thereof.
Signer agrees that the above conditions for returning the
1200.00 are satisfactory to resolve this issue IN FULL, and agrees to no further
contact with any parties involved, except to seek mediation to avoid any legal
action or charges which all parties have agreed not to pursue.
Should any further conflict, dispute or issue arise from
this mistaken transaction, or from this agreement to resolve, it shall be
addressed and resolved by mediation only and consensus of the parties affected.
All parties agree that the return of the 1200.00 transaction
completes this agreement, and no legal action, additional costs, charges or
complaints shall be incurred regarding this incident or any person, event, or
discussion related to it for the purpose of resolution.
Under these terms of this Indemnity Agreement, __ agrees to accept the return of the
1200.00 amount back through pay pal, minus any fees deducted by pay pal which no
parties shall contest.

After chatting with Socio, I think it is fair to reward Socio for returning the 1200.00 payment.
So I offered that after the 1200.00 is returned,
I agree to help Socio with an online fundraising to earn him the 2000.00 he originally asked.
Since the site needs help with host serving costs,
we can make this 2500.00 and 500 goes to the costs of the site, and 2000 goes to Socio for sticking
to his word and agreeing to return the 1200.00
We are just working out the additional conditions he wants in order to stick to his word he would return the money.
