That's everything I was able to find.  Huffington Post did some live thing with M.E. (steady Lycan) but I couldn't find a recording of it on their site.  The full Dr. Phil episode isn't online anywhere.  If you know of anything else let me know and I'll grab it.

The zip file has bad file creation dates for the files.  Let me know if there's any problems with any of them.
