Asking for apologies from each other at every slight.

Not to worry. Community growth goes in cycles. You just missed World War I and II that broke out here to get all the anger and issues out. Now things may go through a quieter reflective phase of accepting that our differences won't change. It's our perception of change that lets go of the past and embraces the next stage ahead.
