What do you call being banned from accessing the site at all? Isn't that worse?

This suggestion is to REPLACE being "banned" with at least maintaining safe communication between SW friends for support. For the purpose of things getting worked out without the risk of a hacker deleting or spamming the site.

It doesn't have to be called a jail. It could be a dungeon for torturing trolls. I thought Luna could design a game for points. Troubleshoot the BETA tests in a segregated site. And use trolls for experimenting on mercilessly. Could be fun.
