can you please say your web browser and OS?

I had this problem twice, here and there. I usually have to log off and wait to log back in. It's seems on and off.

never mind, we found the problems! working on them now

please try now if you can spatial... think we fixed it 

That was quick, I tried it and it failed, I'll try Emily's thing, I probably have to reopen or something, give me a moment.

Problem is still there. It's probably just happening to me right ?

I'll reboot my system, or clear the cache or something.

For the record, I'm using firefox on a Windows XP SP3 machine. Probably hasn't been updated since last December, so i might do that too. 

Still no luck.

Something interesting though. I tried getting it to work using Internet Explorer. It still won't work. What I'm getting though is a missing chat panel slider on the side of the screen, then I'm seeing a chat window (Live ChatBeta) at the bottom of that screen.

I still have to know. Is this just happening to me ? cause I'm the only one whining here.

So it probably has to do with Firefox and my very dated Explorer. Chrome is okay.

Graphically Chrome is very slightly different than the other. That orange line on that chat panel does not exist in the other browsers. I once heard you mention the orange line, I thought you'd like to know not everyone will see it.
