These aren't puppets, they're muppets.

The mates to Wilful's missing socks.

They are only for his viewing displeasure.

Where was the memo on this?

Sorry I revised the post to clarify:

"THESE ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY"

Wilful, the Senior members know you and can deal with your puppet posts.

But the new members don't know the difference.

I still believe you're mixed in with the Richard Parker messes still going on.

And Daddy and Edvard and others made it clear they don't want messes with trolls and puppets.

So if you want to keep your freedom Wilful to play around like this,

then there needs to be some mechanism to FLAG REAL TROLLS.

If the only people playing around are Senior/permanent members it's at least tolerable.

But you forget that the forum may suddenly expand as Luna starts advertising and promoting it.

So there should be some way for key Senior members to flag TROLLS that aren't the regular posters.

Luna doesn't have to delete them, but at least they could be moved to a section for longer msgs and junk threads.

It's because you DON'T want to report people that only the serious trolls would get flagged.

That's the point, to keep the housecleaning to a minimum.

TK what is going to happen when there are more people on here?

This is relatively small, so ppl know each other. Before it gets larger, spam/trolls will need some flag system.

What the fuck makes you think I'd want to report people?

buddha says you were hitler in a past life.

Actually I'm scheduled to be Hitler reincarnated in my next life.

This one is just practicing to get in shape.

Dear Silkthread: there were so many concerns about the forum going soft,

I offered the idea of flagging unwanted troll threads to a separate section out of the main forum.

Also "soft" hugsy type messags and longer analysis posts could be kept OUT of a section for

Senior Members who don't want that or trolls/puppets in that space.

This is ONLY A SUGGESTION so that no threads/posts are deleted, but just flagged to move to other sections.

[I suggested TK and Edvard for flagging troll thread out of the main area.

And you Silk/Lycan if you are SERIOUS about not wanting CRAPPY messages in your forum section.]

IF YOU ARE JUST WHINING AND BITCHING ABOUT NOTHING THEN D O N T  C O M P L A I N

It's not that hard to set up a way for just 2-4 key Senior Members to report msgs to move to another section.

DO THOSE TROLLS AND CRAPPY MSGS BOTHER YOU OR NOT?

IF THEY DON'T THEN ALL THE WHINING BITCHES SHOULD SHUT UP.

I OFFERED THIS SO YOU COULD HAVE WHAT YOU WANT WITH MINIMAL WORK.

IF YOU DON'T WANT CIRCE OR ME CRAPPING UP YOUR THREADS, YOU CAN SET UP A SECTION FOR THAT.

I think the problem is assigning "senior members".

it's not assigning. it's volunteering if they REALLY don't want X Y or Z messing up the forum.

They would have a choice to flag, but they don't have to use it if they don't want.

Lycan, Daddy and others made it clear they didn't want long msgs, too analytical and headachy.

And Silk and others complained about my msgs or Circe/Maria throwing off threads with melodrama off topic.

* (And whatever mess I got involved with Wilful either created more personalities for him to complain from,

or really upset either 1 or 2 new members, I couldn't tell, and still can't.)

Luna if you want Parker or other such members to feel comfortable coming on board, there should be at least one section that can be watched out for IF NEW MEMBERS REQUEST IT. Eyesbehindshades made it clear he didn't mind getting jumped at from all directions. But Parker definitely did have conflicts.

For the Dark section I suggested, of course I'd stay out of there anyway; but some members like Circe they'd rather keep out "may not be able to help themselves" unless their posts are removed "IF FLAGGED" or threads moved elsewhere. Out of respect for Lycan, Silkthread and others, I'd at least offer this option. They don't have to use it.

For the Light section, Wilful and others didn't want me acting as moderator. So I suggested that new members can CHOOSE to flag their posts to go in a separate section for deep analytical advice and counseling uninterrupted. Again, Senior members can post wherever they want but NOT TROLLS or unknown members that can be flagged instead.

NOBODY HAS to flag anything. I just suggested giving some people the option of being able to "report" or flag a thread to move, or post to remove off a thread that's trolling off topic.

Edvard and TK were two ppl I would trust to only flag if "absolutely necessary" so I suggested them.

If people don't want this, I can't promise I won't try to resolve conflicts or moderate if I see another Parker or Eyes who just needed someone to tell them to get a real AVATAR so they don't look like a fake.

So if people don't want that, why not have a way to flag msgs and keep it to a minimal.

If there was a way I could help, I would, but nobody wanted that, so I suggested experienced Senior members who know the regulars.

Thanks, Luna

I think some intro to help new members may be necessary anyway as the forum membership grows.

As they form groups or cliques, then you should be able to find "volunteers" willing to flag troll msgs or posts that should be moved to a different category.
