The objective is to rate yourself and where you believe you fit on the scale. You would know if you have insight, but are lying about it. The same with delusion. You may not know if others are lying or not. All you can do is rate them based on your own perception of them.

I didn't add the word superficial for Luna because I don't think she is superficial. I do feel that she's a bit narcissistic though, but I think she's aware of that.

Yes, I must have. Maybe she is more superficial than I give her credit for. I don't know. I only rated her on the information I've seen.
