I left the force last month to start my own consultancy business.

 So a completely different field? ..or simply a "consultants fee" for similar work, without the  "tied hands" of the govt depts?

 so...you identify people who suffer from ASPD who have committed no crime but have been deemed 'dangerous', and you try to manipulate them into becoming a criminal so that you can put them away? lol?

What's 'dormant psychopath'? I have heard that phrase before, but never really got into that.

Regarding childhood and so on, what traits were the most common among the people you caught? Did any of them succeeded to get away?

A dormant has brain abnormalities in addition to all the commonly referred to traits. I had a rather stable upbringing but if I didnt...

I can turn on/off empathy at will but due to my relatively good upbringing, I do not feel isolated and the need to wipe out mankind.

The psychopaths I used to track for the Police would be a different breed altogether, level 5, not your everyday manipulative CEO.

These are highly dangerous are usually within 3 months of commiting a heinous act. I just identify and give them a little push along within certain parameters.
