I'd love to see you in my neighbourhood cain, I really would. People like you get ripped to shreds by the juvenile delinquents we got running around dressed all in black. They're like a pack of wolves. You wouldnt last a day, you really wouldnt.

So set up a studio space or an open mic. Let these kids take turns. Give people means of expressing themselves, and they'll choose more creativity ways! Look at the fun here, bashing weaknesses with words, which is better than weapons.
I live in a neighborhood bullied politically, and spent 20 years trying to diffuse different sides blaming each other. I learned more about denial, projection and biased rationalization, to make sense of conflicts mixing too many factors in.
A book I found on media bias explained all people have a natural sense of justice, we want so much to know reasons why bad things went wrong. If we can't explain it, it makes us feel insecure. So we attempt to place blame, even blaming victims to explain gross injustice, to assure ourselves that wouldn't happen to us. It isn't trying to be hurtful but projection for self-preservation.
that helped me to have more compassion as to why people project biased fears.
