Oh, no. The only way that could even be possible would be if everyone knew and understood what Survivor's Guilt was in advance for them to have the foresight of thinking about it before jumping into the way of harm.
Some people are impulsive, act before they think, which would debunk that argument even with knowing what it is in advance.
