Justice has a top of the range, high spec Range Rover because its flashy...and afterall he is a pussy ass narc with a bigger than average ego. The huge car is to make up for his lack of penis size and in his deluded little head he thinks that if he ever see's the big bad bullies who used to prey upon his fragile little ass and take his money/women/self respect, he can crush them like worms in his big ass SUV.
