 I find it funny that people have a hard time to say please, sorry etc... if really want something, even if it's a little pice of silly information, I'll do - or say - just about anything - sorry, please, amen, I agree, you're right... sometimes I'll use specific words just to fullfil the ego of the person so they think they won, they are superior, they have the upper hand...

assuming Lycan has a valuable piece of information but demands a "please" to give it to you. Just analyse it: you'll give him fake words and he'll give you something useful that you want. The way I see, that's a bargain
