Don't you have a special radar for that?
Normally I would not recommend spending any time energy or attention on someone who does nothing positive for you. Better to focus on your own goals or friends you do have meaningful relations with and shared interests.
However, if you seek a creative way to have closure, why not offer to set up a facebook fan page for him? And contact the other two girls to be groupies with you? And go on and on about how amazing this guy is, like the next Justin Bieber, till it's embarrassingly bad. Or pick a charity cause and set up a fundraising on kickstarter in his honor. And link that on as a fan club activity.
Keep it CUTE, don't post anything obscene, bullying or against his permission.
Since he is not a public figure but a private person, you legally need approval to use his real name or images. I would never post anything especially not jokes or rants without the person's permission anyway. Keep it nice and fun.
Say positive things but in such an exaggerated way, he admits it is funny. If it's done right, he should laugh at it also, while still getting your point across.
Why bother? The best thing for you to do in this situation is move on. All you know about him is his fb information. The fact that he has multiple women he talks to like that speaks a lot about him. Why waste any more time on the person? You'd just be confirming that he got to you and probably make him even happier with his plan.
