I've come upon this website http://www.lumosity.com which is a sort of a training program for brain. Being 10 minutes into it, having only briefly made up an account and done a couple of exercises, this seems like quite a good addition to a daily routine to keep the brain more fit.
I tend to think a brain works similarly to a muscle, somehow the same as doing physical exercises to keep fit, and therefore having a high IQ is basicaly a 'brain power' which measures one's intelectual potencial.
All in all, I haven't looked much into it from a scientific point of view, this is just how I'd sum it up. Maybe somebody could share some light on this, how the brain and the one's capabilities 'really' work?
Also, anybody familiar with lumosity? What are your opinions?
