Ok so I'm not very into the Facebook thing and i don't know all of its standards. What the hell does it mean if some random ass girl "pokes" me?
You don't have to date, but don't have to reject. Why not keep an open mind? I thought I hated redheads as ugly. But it turns out my boyfriend, who I've been with since 2001 is, guess what, a redhead. Never saw that coming. Still don't get it, why sometimes it's the thing you least expect that turns out to be what happens.
As for FB I don't have time to follow up on that, so I think my friends gave up on me. It was like two years before I replied to msgs I got and ppl couldn't figure out why I wasn't replying. Maybe I'll learn how to use it one of these days. Before people think I'm dead and that's why I don't reply to msgs. I don't even understand which are posting where or what is shared or not. I guess I'm just not cool or smart enough to be a Harvard nerd who created all that.
I just joined Reddit last month and probably not using that the right way either.
Are you on Reddit? If so, what do you do on there? I joined because of a writers group but have trouble following the threads on there. Do you just randomly post and reply to whatever you happen to run into at any given moment?
I can see how you'd meet ppl on Reddit by sharing comments on common interests or areas. But I thought FB was for posting pages and networking among people you already knew through their contacts. What are you using FB for? Just friends or do you have a webpage or project you promote through FB?
