If you've been lying daily, perhaps as much as hourly for 30 years, you naturally become expert at it, to a degree thought impossible by most. Subsequently you can observe someone lying to you, an amateur, and you know word for word what is true and what is not. One clue for you sociopaths-in-training is that the amateur does not believe what they are saying to be true, they believe it to be a lie. A sociopath knows their lies to be true. It's all part of being that person they want to be at that moment. They become that person, they don't act the part.
