Are you admitting to being emotionally unintelligent?

 I am admitting to the fact that for reasons unknown to me,  sometimes (usually online;  rarely in person)  people find me abrasive.  And I didn't intend to be.  I think maybe I use a kind of giddy black humor (typical of my family)  and it doesn't come across well online. 

 I don't believe I ever said you were abrasive. None of this has anything to do with your comment earlier which said that emotional intelligence is another matter. You have an addictive personality among other things. Low emotional intelligence has been linked to people suffering from addictions.

 On the contrary, my dear, it has everything to do with it:  Persons with poor emotional intelligence often are unaware of why they are annoying people,  because they cannot see clearly their effect on other people.

But what is my addiciton, then?

 Proving in one fell swoop, that you know very little about sociopathy.

You are only on this forum, to further your ends, which in itself, is no great thing, but the fact you have had to post on a socio forum to do so...speaks volumes.

I thought I appeared pretty friendly at the beginning.

 It's amazng how many times this happens to you. You don't come off as very masculine, true, but this is just ridiculous haha
