lesson 1: weakness

Sure, the results are whatever you want them to be if you're not taking the test honestly.

When taking tests, I answer each question based on past experience, or if I can't do that, I pick the answer that I believe is most accurate based on how I genuinely feel. Occasionally I'll ask my daughter, or someone else in my family, which answer applies to me the most on a particular test if I'm really not sure.

The results may not be 100% accurate, but they're not likely to be entirely wrong either. An 'honest' self-evaluation would only be completely wrong if the person taking the test had false memories and a false perception of themself. In other words, they would have to be truly delusional.

I know for a fact I'm not delusional (if I were, somebody in my family would have pointed it out by now or one of the psychologists I've seen in the past would have). So, I do believe my results are relatively accurate.

If you already know yourself so well, why take the tests in the first place... If you want objective, ask the others. I think you are delusional, for example.

I take the tests mainly because it's something to do and I like comparing my results with other people's results. I find it interesting.

As for asking others... I don't need to ask those who know me well if I'm delusional, lol. I'm pretty sure they would have pointed it out to me by now if I were.

As for emotion, being unemotional can almost tell them more than being overly emotional. Someone who seems emotionally hardened can appear damaged, where someone carefree can look less affected without necisarily appearing naive (if they think you are, let them, they'll be that much less ready for you).

I mean what looks more powerful, a blank stoic, or someone who laughs at life?

The majority of the most powerful business people in the world appear emotionally hardened or unemotional for the most part and none of them look damaged to me, lol.

It's an advantage to be unemotional in a competitive environment.

I'm working on a second column now. It'll be a while before it comes to light.

Wrong, you take the tests because you have fuckall else to do apart from drinking cheap liqor ,living on state benefits, in your rat infested squalor.

Highly depends on the work environment. Some of them are empath havens, and appearing otherwise singles you out.

sun tzu said: when you are weak appear strong, and when you are strong appear weak.

Apparent weakness isn't always a bad thing, in many cases it can make for a powerful manipulative tool and can intice your opponent into a state of empathy, leaving them vulnerable. or in sun tsus case cause them to attack when they think you cannot handle the attack, when in truth you wanted them to come.
