Sure, the results are whatever you want them to be if you're not taking the test honestly.
When taking tests, I answer each question based on past experience, or if I can't do that, I pick the answer that I believe is most accurate based on how I genuinely feel. Occasionally I'll ask my daughter, or someone else in my family, which answer applies to me the most on a particular test if I'm really not sure.
The results may not be 100% accurate, but they're not likely to be entirely wrong either. An 'honest' self-evaluation would only be completely wrong if the person taking the test had false memories and a false perception of themself. In other words, they would have to be truly delusional.
I know for a fact I'm not delusional (if I were, somebody in my family would have pointed it out by now or one of the psychologists I've seen in the past would have). So, I do believe my results are relatively accurate.
