If anything serious happens and the mother has it in for you, you're kinda fucked...

She called and my manager pulled me aside. Telling me it wasn't my fault. 

This is sloppy. Tighten up your game, Cain. Spit in the mothers food or screw around with some salmonella but don't risk an innnocent kid with a food allergy. That's just too easy.

i work at a place that sells food and  this one lady was getting really Fucking annoying and snooty at me. Near the end of the order she asked about if one of our items had soy in it because her little girl had a severe allergy. It did have soy and that little girl had her reaction. Priceless. 

I'm having a hard time believing all this tbh. What mother whose daughter has a severe allergy doesn't read the ingredients on the product herself, and trusts what a random strager says?

And how did you know it contained soy, unless you had read the ingredients yourself? Because that product couldn't have been something obvious like, say, "soy sauce".

Not only that but think what will happen to you when you go to prison.  You purposely dids omething to a 6 year old that could have killed them.  The other prisoners will do unmentionable things to your asshole.

 Exactly.  The mother was complicit with seeming negligent and oblivious.  She gave up too easy.

If you were a truly smart man, you would have done something to the mother herself and not to the kid, the easy target. You're just a lousy, disorganized, dumb underachiever
