Besides, it's not as though the end of the world is the only time I can do certain things and get away with it.

I'd probably just go to my current friend with benefits' place and see where that takes me.

 So you find solace, even in an otherwise temporary place? 

Well, I could go on a killing spree, but killing really only interests me when I know there's a possibility of capture. It's the 'seeing what I can get away with' part that excites me, and of course, the potential for notoriety. The world ending takes all that away and murder no longer becomes interesting. So, I may as well sleep through it.

It's really not that complicated. End of the world anywhere else would be people screaming, panicking, rioting, hiding underground (I have no access to anything resembling a bunker). I know with her it'd be something more enjoyable for those last moments. Distracting even.
