Are you sure? I have time to read asinine comments that are irrelevant to the topic. Am I not a part of this "we"?

Three most intriguing personality traits? Only can think of two things really (the first two answers). Three most intriguing things in general?

1) That they have differences from other people (the way I'd answer for pretty much any disorder).
2) How it responds to comorbidities and nurture (the way I'd answer for pretty much any disorder).
3) All the bullshit that's spreading about them from others who don't fit the label.

I don't think any of the traits are intriguing. A sociopath is like an empty shell. There is no real substance to them beyond the surface.

who's the shallowest of them all ?

1. Dereliction of fear.

2. Hyper-focus as a result of anger.

3. Perception despite all the judgemental baggage.

 The fucked up way they get "attached" to things and people.

Speaking from experience or in general?

 From observation.

I would say the main one would be a deep seated capacity for manipulation. The confidence, the ability to persuade and lead. I would argue that most of the other traits good and bad usually in some way stem from this trait.
