OH!  I see, I think.  Using the lowest number in each "word" as the common denominator.  For the first two letters, like 32 --> 32/8 = 4 = D, 8 -- > 8/8 = 1 = A

 What the fuck, that's exactly it. All you had to notice was that the numbers had a common denominator and divide them by it to get the letters. Actually, it's even easier than that, because the common denominator is the lenght of the word...
