The only vampire novel I really like is 'The Vampire Tapestry'.

 I really loved Interview With a Vampire before it became part of The Vampire Chronicles. When The Vampire Lestat came out, many of us diehard fans were thrilled. But those subsequent novels didn't have the same punch. Being a vampire with the super powers and also the limitations made for a very nice fantasy. Lots of addicts liked it, as I recall. "Gotta get your blood."

 I read the Twilight series in 4 days flat it was so hard to put down. It's the story of a coven of idealized narcissists, and the codependant girl who falls in love with them. I would say you're more like Jacob. :p

 Narcissists? Hmm... Didn't seem like much fun to have to go to high school every year. And no human victims? I didn't know narcissists were such moralistic wusses.

I don't get this age thing. It's not like you get to decide what year you are born and what year it is now.

Also, you who are younger, do you expect to "grow up", have a complete personality change, have empathy come out of your ears and a heart beating with JOY? Do you? Really?

If so, you are either frauds or delusional.

Maybe you don't expect to live past 30. Why not? If life is so boring and useless, why not end it now?

They say sociopaths mellow with age.

I have a sociopath in my extended family. He's fricken worse than ever at age 65.

 Back in the 60's, young people said, "Never trust anyone over 30." I guess that sentiment is still alive.

That and people on the internet average around a younger age, and are typically male.
