 how are you feeling since halving your dose?

 Actually,  my doctor felt that was not a good idea,  but added a mood stabilizer which seems to have stopped all that other stuff.  I suppose since I am seeing him and paying him,  I have to bow to his greater expertise and authority.  I did try halving the dose a couple of years back;  it did not go at all well. :(

 Definitely more subdued, yeah.  That halving business can take a couple of months,  so I think this is one case where qucker = better. ;-)

 Thank you, Justice, for wanting me back,  but I fear that the old SMK is gone,  and has no topics to post,  or even the ability to post.    I am very subdued,  and am just remarking on other people's posts,  in a very subdued way.  Turns out I have been in a near psychotic state all this time (don't ask,  just something about a medical drug which caused a terrible interaction with a psychiatric drug).  I have had episodes like this in the past (sometimes interactions with herbal remedies are just as bad)  and I never see that I am in a bad state until there is medical intervention. 

 My humblest apologies for all that stupid, maniacal and plain ridiculous posting.  What an unseemly sort I seemed.  Ugh. The press release was inexcusably infantile,  as well as calling the author unattractive (she really is quite nice looking).

 I am sure you will find lots of things to post about soon. xx

 Aside from casting insults at M.E., all of your topics are along the lines of the truth.

 Well,  I don't deny being influenced by certain deontological and ethical philosophies.   And classical theory fascinates me,  and I wanted to apply it.   I just think I was being very hyper and obnoxious in my over-posting and forcing theories on people who really do not care about them. No one likes and irritable,  hysterical,  know-it-all.  I was not using the Socratic method wisely or well,  I am afriad. :-(

At least you understand the impact of tone and delivery, even if it is in hindsight. Some here lack that self-awareness.
