When Luka Magnotta was being hunted by the police after or during the time his murder video was being discussed on psychforums, we got a lot of activity on there. It became very popular to journalists, most likely the Canadian police as well and anyone else involved in the manhunt.
My blog (containing my murder stories) got a lot of hits then, so it's quite likely that even some of the police read it. Now, tell me, how is it that other people are getting arrested for their rape and murder stories and I'm not?
I understand why I'm not, because there's no evidence of any crime committed. So, how the fuck are other people getting jailed for doing the same thing as me?
Maybe that link you posted will give me some insight. I haven't read it yet.

The man was arrested because his murder fantasies included his wife. She reported him to the FBI. That's his own stupid fault for including her in his fantasies. Though, she may still have reported him whether he included her or not.
There seems to be a fine line between freedom of speech and what others consider a potential threat. When people start dictating what we can and can't discuss in our own private time, in regard to fantasy, that's when I really begin to think that society is fucked up.
Who's gonna be next on the chopping block for writing something that society considers unacceptable?
Every horror author will have to watch their back, lest they get arrested by the FBI...

by Thrill KillIf the two people who wrote those rape and murder stories included real people in them who could be indentified, then I can understand why they got jailed. That's a stupid mistake on their part.
I wrote stories about real people I've wanted to kill too, but none of them are identifiable in my stories because I changed their names and their appearance to some degree.
There's not a cop in the world who can jail me over writing a few murder stories without evidence that I've committed any murders or are planning to.
