 That's just senseless violence with no erotic overtones.  You need to dial it down.

 What the fuck are you going on about? Senseless violence can be fun. Besides, it may not turn you on to be tortured like that, but it would certainly turn me on. Just imagine what I could do with those fingers of yours once I cut them off.

Mmm.. see now that's what I wanted to hear.

First I'd rip off your shirt. Then I'd hover the cherry of my cigarette over your chest, right above your skin... just enough for you to feel the heat and cringe, but not but not get burned. Then I would tease you with the tip, pressing it in just a bit, and withdrawing it quickly... getting excited as I listened to your breathing grow shallow and rapid... 

Then, without warning, I might press it hard into your flesh, and simultaneously bite your neck while you scream through your gag, so as to taste your pain...

Boring.

I'd hang him by the neck with his toes touching the ground, so he doesn't die too quickly. Then cut him with a knife, on his legs, chest and arms. Then whip him with a steel whip over the open wounds, so they bleed. And all this time he'll be gasping for air.

Then I'll tie a rope around his balls so tight they turn purple and burn them with the butt of a cigarette. Then I'll gut him like a pig before he hangs himself completely.
