My sister in law used to joke that she wouldn't go clubbing with me anymore, because of how I treated the men who tried to cop a feel on the dance floor. I never really got in to trouble. I'm surprised I didn't beat the Hell out of few people but I would just be like "Yeah whatever." and just let it go. I Facebook stalked people in my class a few weeks ago. They're all losers.
The teachers always used to tell me that I had to try harder and fullfill my potential but school bored me to death. Looking back I would take the GED as soon as I could and think of a business to start or something like that, but going to college meant a lot to my parents. I'm the first guy in my family to graduate.
I'm currently giving serious thought to working 6 month contracts and traveling for the other 6.
My dad, who was literally brought up in a brothel, was convinced I'd become a neurosurgeon. ::rolls eyes:: It didnt happen. Being an entrepreneuer is great, though, and the advantage of working in IT is that you can set up shop anywhere. I can understand why you want to travel. I relate very well, but that is something I have only recently began to be able to indulge.

Ever since I was a little kid I've wanted to go to Africa. I've read blogs of people that start in Cairo, Egypt and then follow the Nile and eventually end up in South Africa. Given the current political state of Egypt, and you have to go thru some bad areas, I'll have to think of a different route. Or get a passport from another country.
