 Suddenly having a craving for Welsh Rarebit.

I had forgotten it existed.

 Lake trout with garlic asparagus and brown basmati rice. Homemade apple crisp for dessert. :)

 Tortilla strips with Lunchables-like single server packages of "who moose", as my dad pronounces it.

When I have insomnia I like to watch hour after hour of The show Lockup on MSNBC.  To break prisoners, prisons serve them meal loaf for their meals.  I tried the Illinois recipie earlier today.  I could handle it for a while but eventually it would make me want to shank someone.

 My husband did a short stint in prison and told me that he found a worm in the cream of wheat they served for breakfast. :P
