 Well, I think Alterego may feel a little satisfaction, maybe even amusement, that they've gone entirely out of the spotlight.  I'm not sure how a narcissist would take that situation though...  Gratitude for Thrill Kill taking over as the target, or annoyance at how they stole the attention away?
