That'd look terrible. No matter how much you tone down the brightness, that skin is practically glow in the dark.

But here's my five minute attempt at it:

Probably could have made it better if I went as far as to clone tool actual black skin on top. You'll have to settle for color, overlay, and color burn with a few other tweaks.

Edit: Whoops, tinted the sunglasses glare. Fixed.

 That actually does look half way convincing. The face any way. That neck and chest are still pasty as hell though.
