I'm being a smart ass.  The video is stupid.  Although, I bet they got a $400,000 NEA grant to make it.

 I say that somewhat admiringly. I often secretly wished one of my profs would see through that crap and call me on it but nooo, they never did. It worked to my advantage, though. :)

I took art history in college and one lecture the prof was going off on how the masters from the renissance weren't "honest" (or something else stupid) enough because they pained religious themes instead of more "progressive" subjects.  I reached my limit of her idiocy and said that they were really just sucking up to the Pope and using him for money.  She was like "Exactly!  blah blah blah..."  Everyone was trying not to laugh.

I thought you wrote that. And I love The Onion. :D

I started writing something but then I thought "this sounds like that Onion article with the guy wearing a flag and meat..."  It fit perfectly so I crassly infringed on copyrights.  I make no apologies.
