Today I backed everything up and cleaned out the case. Going to use it in the morning so I can spend the rest of the day downloading/reinstalling stuff if it doesn't work. I'm hopeful though!
Edit: I'll let you know because I've really been dealing with this for 3 months now.
Google redirect is nasty. There's a software that reveals passwords, can't remember what it's called, but it's as easy as touching the text with the pointer. I would find it myself, but I'm not at home.
