I'd want to be paid in alcohol. We have pretty bad alcohol tax over here. I'm thinking of making a new batch of wine but I'm thinking too much and doing too little. Or doing other things and run out of time and/or energy.

Otherwise this is the season for it. Free apples, rowanberries and rosehip.

Actually bananas make good wine. You can make it from anything that has sweetness to it. The more natural sweetness the better the wine IMO. Although you need something tart or acidy if use sweet fruit. That is a reason why some use tea in wine. The chance otherwise is that the wine turns into vinegar. But bananas are year around so it takes the pressure off. I just don't feel like getting out picking stuff. My body and soul have been so lazy recently and I can't seem to kick them into gear. 

 That sounds delicious.  Im curious as to what other "exotic" fruits may taste like, dragon fruit, durian, passion fruit.  Re: the other comments, I heard cocaine helps.
