A placement agency asked me if I was looking because they had a 3 month contract. The job was easy and the money was more than normal so I said ok. I show up on the first day and the boss says I'm going to be with [names 5 people]. Thing sucked right away. They never did anything, they constantly jockied to be the one in charge and then they all started with these weird dominance games with me. I was always catching them going through my stuff, they told me that they were going to check my work, etc. I thought it was funny until 3 weeks in one of them took my iced tea from the refrigerator in front of me and then said I could "go get another one". Shit got real at that point. I promptly asserted alpha status and brutaly tore in to them. When they realized I wasn't going to back down(about 90 seconds) they went crying to HR about how I was creating a hostile workplace environment, was being intolerant, something about the patriarchy, and a bunch of other shit. I told the placement ageny to find me something else because I wasn't going to go back. After a couple of days the company hired me back, at more money, and sent the dykes to some other place for the rest of the time I was there.
