M.E. Thomas a sociopath?

 So anyways I saw M.E. on Dr. Phil and I realized that she didn't really seem like a sociopath. I thought that she is an aspie with a bit of narcisism. She had a monotone voice. A real sociopath can manipulate their tone of voice. She also had a bit of a one sided conversation with Dr. Phil which is suggestive of Aspergers Syndrome. She also says she feels love? From my understanding that is incompatible with sociopathy, but makes sense for an Aspie. While her coworker talks about how she has never been manipulated by M.E., M.E. swallows and seems nervous. She also says she gets guilted by her family, but not directly. Sociopaths would not have that kind of a fear response. Here is the link to the webpage containing the video.
