Story and questions based on finding another sociopath.

Hi,

As I am unsure whether or not I am a sociopath, I thought to ask what the correct course would be that if
you found another 'socio' in your community. (I am defining this, like this due to the fact that
I cannot identify a sociopath at eyes length but I am familiar with the actions.)

So for the benefit and entertainment of the reader I shall describe the scene.

I met this 'person' a few years ago and from the start you can tell that it's 'their' way or the highway.

This far back I had never heard of a sociopath, and therefore didn't understand what was happening. From the stories they told me it was obvious that some need had to be filled (alpha male again :().

Fast forwarding to the present, they left their 'better half' crying in the shoulder of their friend after calling them self-centred and a cunt on their better half’s birthday. Now this is a complete un-empathic thing to do. Bear in mind I was almost unable to control my laughter at this point, and almost couldn't control the urge for their mate who was interested in me. :(

Now to me this represents how a 'socio' typically acts when angry, there are other factors of them not giving a shit for their mate, but I cannot be arsed to write specifics due to my privacy.

I was vague in this post because anyone who saw the scene would know who I am, and as that would not be beneficial, I have been rather vague.

Now I only really want to post when I have something interesting for a debate/bitching contest.

For the sake of Jay- Here is the bullet point version.

  • Un-empathic.
  • Tries to dominate their mate
  • Shows no remorse for their actions the next day
  • Acts like nothing happened untill provoked and then more abuse untill thier mate backs down.

The question is, should I give a shit?

The hunting grounds are fruitful, should I care about the possible threat or should I ignore its existence?

Have fun in the shark tank.

 Regards,

 Wired

Hi,

Right I have no idea what the hell (seemed right) you meant.

But no, I like being just another face/mask in the crowd.

Don't judge yourself, let others judge you instead.

If you find it necessary to understand what it is that differentiates yourself from others, then provide them with a point you can relate to and then judge their responses to your actions.

The best description of anyone's personality I found so far is the comparison to a studio control board. The only twist is that as you perform, others play with their imaginary dials, buttons and sliders in order to understand you.

And don't let labels designed by bored people guide you in your life.

 Hi,

Thats a very philosophical answer 'Verum'

I posted because it's never really been discussed, from what I have looked at.

Going to your post the whole label is a benefit to understand the basic idealism of a character, and therefore how best to talk/interact with them.

This being thought of as a exercise rather than an actual encounter, what I wanted to get from my post was a answer from someone who has experienced it themselves, however I realise that it was mistake.

I guess I fucked up, say if you want me to remove this useless post.

You don't feel bad about dumping your girlfriend because she acted like a self-centered cunt?  I fail to see the problem.

Your question is as valid as any other, as there are no bad students. Only bad teachers.

We all base our experience of reality upon the encounters we live through.

Whether you learn from them or not is the key point.

Personally, I'm an arrogant and a stubborn prick, who lectures and educates people based on my limited knowledge of what exists and doesn't ( to my best ability to recognize the truth ).

I know I'm unable to change that aspect of my personality, but I can be kinder and gentler in the way I deliver it.

Life is an experience you are "supposed" to learn from.

How you do it is up to you.

Don't worry about your "supposed" mistakes, as long as they add to your experience.

Worry only when they diminish your sense of self, as that will restrict your ability to think about the consequences of your actions.

Labels are only usefull, when generalising a judgement with a limited perception of the underlying causes for the sake of expediency.

Is killing someone who can not control their desire to kill that wrong?

 Hi,

This post was not about me.

I do not like any form of relationship as it impacts on my freedom.

I noticed it and thought it was fun to share.

What I meant was that I fucked up how I wanted to relay the information of a witnessed event.

Somehow I have a feeling that most people posting here are asexual and closetedly sexual.

I guess it is the way of life.
