ok, understand.
Could be the "Ed" in front of the 5 letters, which is a male name in english.
My mother language is german, and the letters are simply the first from every word of a sentence.
The "E" is the first letter of my real first name.
thx for this priceless pointer to google, but I do not have down-syndrom, so - for the future - you can be sure that this would be my first step.
but the only result coming near your expression "bulletted" was a german dish "bullette"
(which I am not familiar with, I live in Austria - there are differences) and I was not really into going through the recipe / ingredients to unravel the mystery of your question ...
and since you asked me something - and i assume you used it as a metapher for whatever you wanted to express - you would be easily able to reword it without loosing the joke.
or aren't you?
in this case I'm sorry for you ... but I do not desire to analyse recipes of food-stuff, I'm not that interested in cooking
:P
