I do not yet know the questions to ask, but I wonder if you may.already know the answers. i only ask because they seem to respect/fear you for some reason. I've read you change over the times and wonder why  you still appear periodically. any suggestions on what i should workon to better myself?

Better yourself at what, exactly? I require a specific skill, a set of conventional criteria upon which the skill is to be evaluated and an accurate assessment of your current ability in order to even attempt to answer your question.
