Its kinda fun playing with psychopthas and sociopaths but its a fruitless game.

Just find a genuine person with real feeling's.....Far more pleasure to be had with honest people without hidden agendas.

I guess it would depend if she sees you as a mark, or just a landlord. Some people spend a lot of time at home. Others use their homes as just crash pads. If it's the latter, you'll probably be relatively fine.

A Psychopaths vacuous and empty charm leads to nothing fullfilling.

Its so easy to offend them by winning small victory's but again its a game that leads to nothing fullfilling. Best to pity them from a distance and watch them play out their silly empty games.
