Let me explain for the slow why Love is Jay before everyone starts the speculation. Love or God was his password for all his puppets. He picks names from grand themes based off of someone's posts. In this case  the name was picked because of sociopath's post about two sociopath wanting to have a baby. Jay really strikes out hard when something offends him. The Terrible Lemur has always offended him. A cute pic of a Lemur gets a picture from the other end of the spectrum as punishment.

Ok, I lied, I clicked it again. Interesting theory, but it falls short when you reach the part about the Terrible Lemur somehow being terribly offensive. He's just trying too hard to be a revolting ass. Some people have no taste. :P
